Zoku

Zoku Restaurant 致力呈獻對日本飲食文化的忠實致敬。饕客可在灣仔中央品嘗到各款創新和經典菜式,體驗上乘食材和精湛烹飪技藝激發出的味覺享受。


Zoku 宛如日式摺紙藝術的不對稱木天花板、赤褐色的天鵝絨和暖色調的皮革,正如餐廳的菜式一樣,既創新又和諧。位於 The Hari 二樓的 Zoku(日文意指氏族),有別於日本樸實的傳統禪文化,餐廳專注於食物品質和獨創性,為賓客呈獻令人耳目一新的日本料理。


Exuberant yet timeless, Zoku Restaurant is a tasteful tribute to the culinary culture of Japan. Beneath an asymmetrical origami ceiling, Zoku, meaning “clan” in Japanese, is designed for socialising with khaki velvet booths playing off a palette of pinks and leathers.  It is the ideal space to enjoy cocktails with Japanese ingredients, or wine and sake late into the night.
