The Apron 蠔吧扒房嚴選高質素食材料入饌,更强調美食的原産地及可持續性。從世界各地搜羅新鮮生蠔空運到店,當中包括盛産海鮮的港口城市及著名養殖場,配上秘製醬汁,帶出食材的真正鮮味。主廚更親自精挑全球首屈一指的農場牛隻,從養殖到飼料均由該農場一手包辦,强調一絲不苟,包括來自美國比曼家族的赤和牛,以及澳洲皮爾巴拉的獲獎Okan冕和牛。我們的牛肉經過熟成處理,有效提升牛肉嫩度,完整保留肉汁。其他精選菜式包括大西洋三文魚、伊比利亞黑毛豬,當然少不了多款新鮮沙律、餐湯及伴菜等。


Seasonal & Natural, the focus at The Apron is on high-quality ingredients, hand selected for their emphasis on provenance and sustainability. Jet-fresh premium oysters have been chosen from across the globe, from regions and farms famed for the high standard of their seafood; shucked to order and served with a selection of delicious house-made sauces. All of our beef is dry-aged in-house and grilled to perfection. The Chef has only sourced ingredients from the very best farms around the world; those committed to the quality and care of their farm to fork operation, such as Heart Brand’s Akaushi Wagyu from the United States as well as award winning Okan Wagyu from Pilbara, Australia. From the a la carte, there is stunning Atlantic salmon, Iberico Acorn fed Pork, as well as a whole array of salads, sandwiches, soups and sides.
