港灣壹號設計意念源自30年代上海大班的豪華府邸,讓賓客享用正宗粵式佳餚同時體驗昔日盛世芳華。中菜行政總廚陳漢章師傅選用最新鮮上乘的食材,於扎實功架中加入創新元素,將傳統粵菜提升至另一層次。港灣壹號亦為2024及2025年《香港澳門米芝蓮指南 》入選餐廳之一。

Capturing the old time splendor with elegance of a Taipan’s mansion in the 1930s, One Harbour Road serves authentic Cantonese cuisine refined by Executive Chinese Chef Chan Hon-cheong, who elevates time-honoured traditions and techniques with the freshest ingredients and a creative presentation.
