Week 1 menu

Crispy haddock fillet burger

Breaded haddock fillet, potato bread, lettuce, homemade tartar sauce (MSC certified)


Prawn and scallop risotto

Roasted tomato, dashi stock, Mascarpone, Parmigiano Reggiano (MSC certified and First Choice recommended by WWF-Hong Kong Seafood Guide)


Week 2 menu

Seared yellowtail kingfish

Chopped salad, salted kombu, crispy seaweed, caramelized onion, ponzu mayonnaise (ASC certified)


Fish and chips

Beer-battered haddock fillet, hand cut chips, mushy peas, tartar sauce, lemon, malt vinegar (MSC certified)


Week 3 menu

Trout “Papillote”

Pepperonata, fennel, olive, heirloom tomato, white wine, lemon (ASC certified)


Roasted spice rub halibut

Southeast Asian spices, roasted eggplant, pilaf rice (MSC certified)
