Every day, talented chefs select the highest quality organic produce, mushrooms, sustainable seafood and meats from around the world, to be elevated through premium olive oil, sea salt and seasonings, infusing each dish with the authentic flavors of Italy. Signature dishes include oysters and seafood platters sourced directly from their place of origin, a secret recipe pizza made with organic flour, handmade pastas and tortellini, sustainable seafood baked to perfection, and prime grade steaks. Guests are welcome to enjoy the restaurant's selection of cellared wines or indulgent cocktails accompanied by breathtaking views of Macau through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or in the fresh air of the terrace for a truly Italian experience.
